1.  After 3­ to 4 hours remove bandage in a clean environment

2. Wash the tattoo with warm water and antibacterial soap.  

3. Allow tattoo to air dry 10 to 15 minutes before applying H2ocean  tattoo aftercare, or Aquaphor healing ointment.  

4. After the first day, wash the tattoo at least twice per day. First thing  in the morning and at night before bed.  

5.  Apply a thin layer of H2ocean/Aquaphor 3 to ­5 times per day for the  next 2 weeks.  

• Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight and tanning beds for 3 weeks.

• Avoid soaking the tattoo in water (besides showering) for 3 weeks.  

• Do not pick or scratch at your tattoo during the healing process.  Peeling and flaking is a natural part of the healing.  

• Do not bandage the tattoo during the healing process.  

• Do not use ointment such as Neosporin, Vaseline, or Bactine. This  could damage your tattoo and remove color.  

• Do not listen to how your friends tell you to take care of it.
